Who We Are

Clinton R. Bischoff - Attorney

Clint was born and raised in Nicholas County, West Virginia, and attended Nicholas County High School in Summersville, West Virginia.  Clint attended college in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, graduating from Shepherd College located in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  Clint attended law school at West Virginia University College of Law, located in Morgantown, West Virginia.  While at WVU, Clint was a member of the West Virginia Law Review and served as a graduate clerk in the legal department of West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc.

Following graduation from WVU in 2002, Clint worked in Charleston, West Virginia as a litigation attorney, focusing his practice in the areas of insurance defense and coverage, real estate, and personal injury.  In 2006, Clint returned to Nicholas County to join the law practice of his father, Donald K. Bischoff, Attorney At Law.  In November, 2008, Donald K. Bischoff was elected Family Court Judge of the 16th Judicial Circuit (Nicholas and Clay Counties), and retired from the private practice of law.  Today Clint operates The Bischoff Law Firm, PLLC, offering a complete range of legal services to the areas of Nicholas, Clay, Webster, Braxton, Roane, Gilmer, Fayette, Greenbrier, Jefferson and Berkeley counties.  He resides in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
